Die WG hat sechs Zimmer. Das freie Zimmer ist das kleinste, und somit auch günstigste, wobei dir natürlich wie allen anderen Küche, und Bad zur Verfügung stehen.

Die Wohnung liegt ruhig und sehr zentral. In die Volkmarsdorf , und Hauptbahnhof braucht man zu Fuß knapp 20 Minuten.
Durch die Nähe zum Bahnhof ist die Verkehrsanbindung sehr gut, in 1 Minute von der Wohnung entfernt befindet sich auch eine weitere Straßenbahnhaltestelle
Wie du bestimmt schon gelesen hast, geht es um ein Zimmer in einer gemischten 6er-WG. Alle sind wirklich super unterhaltsame Menschen, die gerne mal ein Bier mit dir trinken. Wenn du mal deine Ruhe brauchst, akzeptieren sie das ohne Probleme und Prokrastinationshelfer sind sie auch gerne mal.
Kurz gesagt: es ist eine super WG!

Das Drei--Familienhaus hat drei 3-Zimmer-Wohnungen in in sich abgeschlossenen Appartments.
Der bisherige Umgang miteinander ist recht familiär. Man trifft sich mal abends auf ein Bierchen oder zum Filme gucken.
