Zum ersten 1.10 werden in unserer WG auf der Waldstraße die beiden großen Zimmer frei. Du würdest das größte der drei Zimmer haben und hättest damit die Chance dich auf 23qm nach Belieben einzurichten. Das Zimmer geht Richtung Osten, das heißt morgens wirst du von der Sonne geweckt und auch ansonsten ist es super hell den restlichen Tag über. 388€ ist bereits die Warmmiete.

Die Wohnung liegt direkt auf der Waldstraße. In nur wenigen Gehminuten findest du alles was du brauchst. Von Supermakt, Apotheke, Post, Bäcker, Bars bis hin zum wunderschönen Rosental Park ist alles schnell erreicht. Auch im Zentrum ist man zu Fuß in nichtmal 20 Minuten.

In der WG würdest du mit Anny zusammenwohnen und ihrem Kater Oskar. Da unsere andere Mitbewohnerin ihr Zimmer auch gerade inseriert hat, würdet ihr entweder zu zweit nach einer weiteren Person suchen, oder aber du bist Nummer 3 und die andere Person hat sich schon gefunden. Daher ist uns ein persönliches Treffen sehr wichtig.
