Das Zimmer geht zum Osten raus, heißt du wirst von der der Sonne geweckt. Es gibt super hohe Decken für den Altbauflair und zwei große Fenster. Vor den Fenstern steht ein Baum und da das gegenüberliegende Haus ist ziemlich weit rechts, sodass dir niemand ins Zimmer schauen kann und viel Licht ins Zimmer kommt :)
Rechts und links von deinem Zimmer befinden sich Türen zu zwei anderen Zimmern. Wir haben allerdings im Laufe der Jahre jeweils schalldichte Konstruktionen ertüftelt, die die Geräusche zu den anderen Mitbewohnis minimieren.
## ENG ##
The room faces east, so you'll be woken up by the sun. There are super high ceilings for the old building flair and two large windows. There is a tree in front of the windows and the house opposite is quite far to the right, so no one can look into your room and there is plenty of light.
To the right and left of your room are doors to two other rooms. Over the years, however, we have devised soundproof constructions that minimize the noise to the other flatmates.
Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen. Mit dem Fahrrad sind sowohl Uni, als auch Htwk in unter 10 Minuten zu erreichen.
Auch mit der Bahn oder Bussen ist man schnell im Zentrum oder am Bahnhof. Die S-Bahn Haltestelle Bayerischer Bahnhof ist zu Fuß in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Als Seitenstraße der Karli sind wir ruhig gelegen, haben aber mehrere Supermärkte, Pizzerien oder den ein oder anderen Dönerladen direkt um die Ecke.
## ENG ##
The apartment is very centrally located. Both the university and the university of applied sciences can be reached by bike in under 10 minutes.
You can also get to the city center or the train station quickly by train or bus. The S-Bahn stop Bayerischer Bahnhof is a 5-minute walk away. As a side street of the Karli, we are in a quiet location, but have several supermarkets, pizzerias and the odd kebab store just around the corner.
Deine zukünftigen Mitbewohner:innen sind Elisa, Kian, Florian und Leni.
Elisa (23) tanzt, singt und lacht gerne. Sie studiert eigentlich Erziehungs- und Medien u Kommunikationswisschenschaften in Halle, hat aber viele andere Herzensprojekte die mal mehr oder weniger Raum in ihrem Alltag einnehmen.
Kian (26) studiert Sport und Philosophie auf Lehramt. Er spielt viel Gitarre, arbeitet im Seeblick an der Bar und hört zum Zähneputzen gerne Shakira. Er ist Fan von Krimskrams mit Vorliebe für Streichholzschachteln.
Florian (25) macht ab Winter seinen Master in angewandter Mathematik in Halle. Er beschäftigt sich hauptsächlich mit Musik, verbringt viel im gemeinsamen Proberaum und arbeitet nebenbei ehrenamltich an einem Community Radio hier in Leipzig. Zudem hustet er ca. ein oder zwei Mal am Tag.
Leni (21) studiert Afrikanistik und Philosophie und ist gerade aus ihrem Erasmus zurückgekommen. Sie malt gerne, liest oder sitzt in der bib an einer Hausarbeit.
In der WG hast du fast immer jemanden zum Kochen, Quatschen oder Filme schauen. Die große Küche und auch der geräumige Flur schaffen eine große Gemeinschaftsfläche. Wir schaffen es zwar immer relativ schwierig, dass alle fünf zusammenkommen, aber wenn wird ausgiebig gefrühstückt oder wir sitzen bei einer Kanne Kaff(t)ee zusammen. Spiele-, Filmabende, Ausflüge in den Park oder an den See gibt es auch einige.
Wir sind eine vegetarische WG und würden uns freuen, wenn du diese Einstellung teilst.
Auf was wir definitiv keine Lust haben:
Sexistische, rassistische oder ableistische oder sonst irgenwelche diskriminierenden oder unreflektierten Ansichten. Für rechtes Gedankengut ist hier kein Platz !
## ENG ##
Your future flatmates are Elisa, Kian, Florian and Leni.
Elisa (23) likes to dance, sing and laugh. She is actually studying education, media and communication sciences in Halle, but has many other projects close to her heart that take up more or less space in her everyday life.
Kian (26) is studying sport and philosophy to become a teacher. He plays the guitar a lot, works at the bar in Seeblick and likes to listen to Shakira while brushing his teeth.
He is a fan of bric-a-brac with a preference for matchboxes.
Florian (25) is doing his Master's degree in applied mathematics in Halle this winter. He's mainly into music, spends a lot of time in the communal rehearsal room and also does voluntary work at a community radio station here in Leipzig. He also coughs about once or twice a day.
Leni (21) is studying African Studies and Philosophy and has just returned from her Erasmus. She likes to paint, read or work on a term paper in the library.
In the shared flat you almost always have someone to cook with, chat with or watch movies with. The large kitchen and spacious hallway create a large communal area. It's always relatively difficult for all five of us to get together, but when we do, we have a big breakfast or sit together over a pot of coffee(t)ee. We also have a few games and movie nights and trips to the park or the lake.
We are a vegetarian flat share and would be happy if you share this attitude.
What we definitely don't want:
Sexist, racist or derogatory or any other discriminatory or unreflected views.
There is no place for right-wing ideas here!
Das Zimmer ist theoretisch ab dem 01. Mai frei.
Mitte Mai oder Anfang Juni, ist aber auch kein Problem.
