Das Zimmer sehr groß und bereits mit Möbeln durch das Studentenwohnheim ausgestattet (Bett+Matratze, Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch und Regal). In der Küche befinden sich auch bereits alles was man so braucht.
Die Lage ist sehr zentral im Zentrum Südost. Zur nächsten Bahnhaltestelle Johannisallee braucht man höchstens 5min und auch ein Rewe befindet sich fußläufig in der Nähe. In die Innenstadt schafft man es in 10min mit der Bahn.
Mit dir werden noch zwei andere Frauen in der WG wohnen. Eine Mitbewohnerin studiert Psychologie und sie ist super entspannt und immer für ein lustiges Gespräch in der Küche zu haben. In das dritte Zimmer zieht zeitgleich mit dir auch eine neue Mitbewohnerin ein.
Die Miete von 275€ umfasst bereits alle Kosten und ist als Pauschale zu verstehen.
Anforderungen an dich sind:
- Du musst in Leipzig an der Uni / HTWK oder sonstigen Fachhochschule immatrikuliert sein! da es sich um ein Studentenwohnheim handelt!
- Du solltest eine Frau sein
