Die Wohnung besteht aus insgesamt vier Zimmern. Jeder hat sein eigenes Zimmer und Küche und Bad werden gemeinsam genutzt.
Das Zimmer ist komplett möbliert mit Bett, Kleiderschrank, Regal und einem Schreibtisch mit Stuhl.
The flat contains 4 rooms. Each flatmate has their own room and kitchen and bathroom are used together. The room is equipped with all necessary furniture: bed, wardrobe, desk, chair and a shelf.
Die Lage ist wirklich super. In nur 2 min. ist man zu Fuß bei der Straßenbahn mit der man in 7 min. im Stadtzentrum und an der Uni ist. In 10 min. erreicht man zu Fuß die S-Bahn, wodurch man in alle Richtungen sehr gut abgebunden ist.
Außerdem ist direkt gegenüber ein rewe und in 5 min. ist man im Friedenspark.
The location is perfect. In only two minutes you can reach the tram which takes you to the city centre and the university in only 7 minutes. Also in 10 minutes you can walk to the train station "Bayerischer Bahnhof".
Moreover on the other sight of the street there is a rewe and in 5 minutes you're in a park called "Friedenspark".
Da meine aktuelle Mitbewohnerin selbst Ende September ausziehen wird, hast du die Möglichkeit dein WG-Leben mit deiner neuen Mitbewohnerin selbst zu gestalten.
Since my previous flatmate is going to move out at the end of september as well, you will be able to talk about how you wanna live together with your new roommate then.
