My beautiful room at Oststrasse 56 is available for rent from December!
Since I'm going to return to my country Argentina. I will be leaving the room at the end of November.
The room faces the garden, which makes it very quiet and you get sunshine in the afternoon through the two large windows. The room is fully furnished including the beautiful plants, but everything can be easily removed if you have your own furniture.
The house is located right on the corner of Riebeck and Oststraße, so the nearest train and bus stop is only seconds away, and it takes you 15 minutes to get to the city by bike at a leisurely pace. Lene-Voigt Park is a 2-minute walk away, Rewe, Aldi and Kaufland are also nearby. There are also plenty of Spätis and various snack options around the corner. The Globus kebab can even be found in the same building if you're in a hurry. If you like going to clubs or bars - there are a lot of those nearby too.

We are Philip, Markus, Chiara, Immanuel and me Priscila 🤗
Marcus, 39, studied ethnology and works on aid projects in Africa. Marcus has an old farm where he occasionally works on weekends and restores it. He has 3 children who are rarely there on the weekend to bake cookies or grill in the garden!
Immanuel, 30, is a special education nurse and is enthusiastic about literature, art and music. You can usually hear his cello, guitar or other musical sounds coming from his room. He enjoys going to choir and otherwise prefers it to be quiet!
Philip, 33, is studying for a master's degree in civil engineering. He also works as a surveyor and enjoys doing crafts, screwing, gardening and sawing. He enjoys cooking and playing Quidditch. He enjoys traveling to France and building houses out of clay.
Chiara, 25, is an italian biologist interested in the evolution of language, now doing her PhD on chimpanzees communication. She is always around in the evenings and weekends for some cooking, chatting and movies. She also likes yoga, dancing, drawing, and exploring what’s going on in the city. She mostly speaks English, but can understand and speak some German.
Priscila, 32, Im from Argentina and Im a dentist. I work a lot in a Hotel so I'm not at home much and when I have free time I like to go for a walk in the park, read, paint and sit at the window to enjoy the view of my room. I speak spanish and english
We are a relaxed group of people who like to sit together in the kitchen, cook and talk about life and anything else that comes to mind. Marcus, Immanuel and Philip are from Germany. Chiara from Italy. And me from Argentina. Because of that, English is spoken at home :)
We look forward to getting to know you and looking forward to being complete!
