Für die 3er WG wird ein neuer Mitbewohner gesucht….nett ruhig freundlich …..so wie die anderen WG Bewohner auch sind
Der Mietpreis in Höhe von 520,00 monatlich inkl. allen Nebenkosten versteht sich als Pauschale, wlan inkl
Küche und Bad nutzt man gemeinsam, das Zimmer nutzt man natürlich alleine
Ca alle 10 Tage werden Küche und Bad durch eine Putzfrau sauber gemacht (nicht die Zimmer)
Bad und Küche sowie die eigenen Zimmer muss jeder Bewohner natürlich aber nach der Nutzung auch selber sauber machen.
Der Garten kann gerne genutzt werden, ein Parkplatz ist nicht vorhanden.
