Das Zimmer ist groß und hell. Zum Zimmer gehört ein großer eigener Balkon (Mittags- und Abendsonne) und ein eigener Abstellraum. Haustiere sind nach Absprache mit dem Vermieter erlaubt. Es gibt relativ hoch gelegene Dachschrägen auf einer Seite (etwa ab 1,2 m und dann recht steil). Die nächste Bushaltestelle liegt direkt vor der Haustür. Ein Bäcker ist 2 Gehminuten entfernt. Und in der Nähe kann man auch gleich ins Grüne Richtung Waldsee raus. Ich teile mir mit meiner Mitbewohnerin den Internetanschluss, was Sie gerne auch so bei behalten möchte.
