Schönes Zimmer in der Lüneburger Innenstadt.
Die Wohnung geht über zwei Etagen und hat ca. 66m, dein Zimmer hat ca. 16qm und ist auf der unteren Etage.
Dort ist auch ein Duschbad, eine Küche und ein großer Wohn- und Gemeinschaftsraum.
Die Wohung ist direkt in der Innenstadt, direkt vor der Tür sind Busse die alle 5-6 Minuten in Richtung Bahnhof fahren. Restaurants, Sparkasse, Comerzbank, Rossmanm, Budni und Edeka sind vor der Tür. In 5 Minuten kann man Penny erreichen.
Zu Fuß zum Bahnhof sind es ca. 6-7 Minuten.
In der WG wird ein berufstätiger junger Mann wohnen (29 Jahre, ruhig ) der Vollzeit arbeitet und daher ist es ihm wichtig, das keine Partys in der Wohnung veranstaltet werden.
Er sucht ein ruhigen Mitbewohner, der um besten Fall auch ein festes Einkommen hat und auch eher ruhig ist.
Am Wochenende können gerne Freunde eingeladen werden.
Die Wohnung hat eine kleine Terasse, ein Duschbad, einen großen Wohn- und Gemeinschaftsraum, eine Küche, es ist also alles da was man braucht.
Tiere sind auch erlaubt.
