Die Wohnung ist aber auch für Nicht-Studenten offen und internationale Mitbewohner sind willkommen.
Das Haus ist etwa 3 Minuten zu Fuß vom Kreidebergsee entfernt und liegt in einer schönen und ruhigen Gegend mit viel Grün in der Umgebung. Der Penny-Supermarkt und die nächste Bushaltestelle sind ebenfalls innerhalb von 2 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Der Zimmer bekommt in den Morgenstunden viel natürliches Licht und hat 2 große Fenster. Das Zimmer ist außerdem mit einem großen Bett, einem Sofa, einem Tisch, einem Stuhl, einer Lampe und mehreren Schränken möbliert.
Die Miete beträgt 500 Euro (warm und all-inclusive, inklusive Heizung, Internet und anderen Nebenkosten). Außerdem gibt es eine Waschmaschine im Keller, die kostenlos genutzt werden kann, eine Spülmaschine in der Küche und einen Fahrradschuppen.
Bitte beachte: die Kaution für dieses Haus beträgt 500 Euro (1 Monatsmiete).

A spacious and fully furnished shared room (14 m²) near Kreideberg lake is available for rent from 1st August 2023 (it's also possible to rent this room just for the month of August). There are a total of 6 people living in the house (mostly students) and it's ideal for students. However, the apartment is also open to non-students and internationals are welcome
The house is about a 3 minute walk from Kreideberg lake and is located in a nice and quiet locality with a lot of greenery around. The Penny supermarket and the nearest bus stop can also be reached by foot within 2 minutes.
The room gets a lot of natural light in the morning hours and has 2 large windows. The room is also fully furnished with a large bed, sofa, table, chair, lamp, and multiple cupboards.
The rent is 500 Euros (warm and all-inclusive including heating, internet, and other utilities). There is also a washing machine in the basement that can be used free of cost, a dishwasher in the kitchen, and a bicycle shed.
Please note: the security deposit for this house is 500 Euros (1 month's rent).
