Das 14 qm große Zimmer mit schönem Holzboden liegt im hinteren Teil der WG und ist zum Hinterhof ausgerichtet. Das macht es sehr ruhig, sowohl in der WG als auch in Bezug auf Straßenlärm.
Insgesamt sind wir momentan zu 5. in der WG. Allerdings ziehen drei von uns bis zum 01.07. aus und die beiden anderen werden auch in den folgenden Monaten aufgrund ihres beendeten Studiums umziehen. Du kannst längerfristig also Freunde dazu holen ;)
Die Wohnung besitzt drei weitere WG-Zimmer, ein großes Wohnzimmer und zwei Balkone. Die Küche hat einen Tresen und angeschlossene Vorratskammer. Es gibt 2 Bäder, eins davon im Treppenhaus. Auch ein geteilter Garten kann genutzt werden.
Die Wohnung hat eine sehr große Küche mit großen Arbeitsflächen und einen kleinen Abstellraum mit einer Mikrowelle und vielen anderen Küchenutensilien. Es gibt auch einen schönen Gemeinschaftsbalkon, den du auf den Bildern sehen kannst, ein weiteres Badezimmer im Außenflur und ein großes Wohnzimmer mit einem gemütlichen Sofa und einem Esstisch. Es war eine wirklich tolle Zeit in einer wirklich wunderschönen Wohnung.
The 14 square metre room with a beautiful wooden floor is located at the back of the shared flat and faces the rear courtyard. This makes it very quiet, both in the flat share and in terms of street noise.
There are currently five of us in the flat share. However, three of us will be moving out by 1 July and the other two will also be moving in the following months due to the end of their studies. So you can bring friends over for the longer term ;)
The flat has three further shared rooms, a large living room and two balconies. The kitchen has a bar and an adjoining pantry. There are 2 bathrooms, one of which is classically located in the stairwell. A shared garden can also be used.
The flat has a very large kitchen with large work surfaces and a small storage room with a microwave and many other kitchen utensils. There is also a lovely shared balcony, which you can see in the pictures, another bathroom in the outside hallway and a large living room with a cosy sofa and dining table. It was a really great time in a really beautiful flat.
Am Anfang der Uelzener Straße gelegen befindet sich die WG unmittelbar gegenüber des SaLü.
Die Wohnung ist ideal zwischen Uni (5 Rad Minuten) und Innenstadt (auch 5 Rad Minuten) gelegen.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es einige, diese sind fußläufig in 5 Minuten zu erreichen.
Mit dem Kurpark vor der Tür hat man eine gute Gelegenheit schnell raus zu kommen und ein bisschen Sonne auf den Wiesen zu genießen, aber auch zur Ilmenau kommt man in ca. 10 Minuten, um ein ruhiges Bad zu nehmen.
Aus der Tür heraus findet sich sofort ein Anschluss per Bus in Innenstadt, Bahnhof und Uni Richtung.
Located at the beginning of Uelzener Straße, the shared flat is directly opposite SaLü.
The apartment is ideally located between the university (5 minutes by bike) and the city center (also 5 minutes by bike).
There are several shopping facilities within 5 minutes walking distance.
With the Kurpark on the doorstep, you have a good opportunity to get out quickly and enjoy a bit of sun on the meadows, but you can also get to the Ilmenau in about 10-15 minutes to take a quiet dip.
From the door, there is an immediate bus connection to the city center, train station and university.

In unserer Zeit in der WG haben ich mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Unsere WG ist zum Teil viel unterwegs, aber gemeinsames Kochen, zusammen im Wohnzimmer, oder auf dem Balkon, Zeit verbringen sind regelmäßige happenings.
Das große WG-Wohnzimmer und die Küche mit Tresen laden zu einem gemeinschaftlichen WG-leben ein.
Die WG besteht momentan aus Studis, da wir aber zeitnah alle unser Studium beenden steht viel Umbruch in der WG bevor.
Bei Interesse kann die WG sich im einzelnen nochmal vorstellen. Zum Beispiel beim ersten Kennenlernen.
I felt very comfortable during my time in the shared flat. Some of our flatmates travel a lot, but cooking together, spending time together in the living room or on the balcony are regular happenings.
The large shared living room and the kitchen with bar invite you to live together in a shared flat.
The flat share currently consists of students, but as we are all finishing our studies soon there will be a lot of upheaval in the flat share.
