Es geht um 1,5 Zimmer die miteinander verbunden sind, das eine Zimmer ist etwa 22m² groß, das andere etwa 12m². Ich habe letzteres immer als Schlafzimmer genutzt. Außerdem gibt es drei Wandschränke in denen man alles verstauen kann, wodurch man praktisch keine Schränke mehr braucht. .
Die beiden Zimmer kosten zusammen 340€(inkl. aller Nebenkosten)!
Die WG befindet sich direkt in der Lüneburger Innenstadt - zum Bahnhof sind es 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Geschäfte sind in max. 5 Min zu erreichen.
Die WG hat zwei Mitbewohner: Malte(35) arbeitet als Sozialpädagoge und Mary(23) studiert Soziale Arbeit. Beide sind beste Trinkgefährten und angenehmste Gesellschaft.
Das Zimmer wird zum 01.045 frei, kann nach Absprache aber auch schon früher bezogen werden. .
Solange das Angebot noch online ist, ist das Zimmer noch frei.
