Room for rent, for two months only (possibility to take the whole flat afterwards). Not furnished, only 225 euros per month plus nebenkosten (60 euros). The flat consists of 3 rooms, bathroom, kitchen, but there will be only two persons in the flat.
I am leaving the flat earlier because I found a job in another city, and my flatmate (who is a german girl) is leaving at the end of July to do an exchange semester, so the flat will be available after this date as a whole if you would want to take it. It's also ok if you need the room only for two months (june and july). The floor is brand new (laminat).
Is less than 5 minutes walking from the Hauptbahnhof, it has internet, no washing machine and the room is not furnished.
