Weil ich umziehe wird mein Zimmer kurzfristig zur Zwischenmiete frei.
Das Zimmer ist knapp 18 qm groß und möbliert. Es hat zur Balkonseite viele Fenster, sodass es tagsüber angenehm hell ist.
Um Möbel brauchst du dir keine Gedanken machen - vorhanden sind: Bett mit Matratze, Schreibtisch, Schreibtischstuhl, ein großer Kleiderschrank, mehrere Regale, Lampen, ein Sessel. Es ist also wirklich alles was man braucht vorhanden.
Die Uni ist fußläufig in 5-7 Minuten erreichbar und der Edeka Bockelsberg ist quasi direkt nebenan. Sowohl mit dem Rad als auch mit dem Bus, welcher 150m weiter hält, kommt man schnell in die Innenstadt.
Du würdest zusammen wohnen mit Tatjana (Kulturwissenschaften, 3. Sem.) und Dominik (Studium Individuale, 1. Sem.).
Das WG-Leben gestaltet sich sehr angenehm - gerne wird mal zusammen gekocht, aber wenn du deine Ruhe brauchst und deine Tür zu bleibt, ist dir auch keiner böse.
In den 300€ Miete sind alle Nebenkosten außer der GEZ-Abgabe enthalten.
