I'm looking for someone to rent my room for a short period while I am away. The room is quite simple, with basic furnishing such as table and chair. The place to sleep is a mattress on the floor with pillows and blankets provided. There is also a rocking chair which I really find relaxing. The windows are wide so it's bright inside.
The flat is located in the second floor of a 3-storey building. There's no elevator.
It’s around 5 minutes walk from the Bahnhof, and nearly 10 minutes walk to the city center. There’s a bus stop going to and from Leuphana University right in front of the building. It’s very near a supermarket and grocery shop. Areas with lots of restaurants are also very near.
There are two other rooms in the flat, which are occupied by two other residents. We all share a bathroom which is bright and well-ventilated, and a furnished kitchen. You’ll be free to use all the machines in the kitchen including an oven, stoves, microwave, blender, rice cooker and water heater. Cooking and eating wares are also free to use. There is a washing machine in the kitchen, a safe place inside the building to park your bicycle, and a cellar for storage.
If you're interested, it would be great if you can contact me within the month of February or from 11-14 March. Outside of these dates, I will be away and other logistic arrangements may have to be made.
