Es handelt sich um ein schönes sympathisches Zimmer mit Laminat-Boden und einem großen Fenstern.
Die Möbel im Zimmer sollten dem Vormieter abgekauft werden. Der Preis ist verhandelbar und die Möbel in gutem Zustand. Ansonsten ist beim Preis alles bis zum WLAN enthalten.
Wir haben einen großen Keller, ein großes Gartenabteil(mit hohem Nachholbedarf in Sachen Pflege, und eine Dachboden/Abstellkammer.
Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind gut zu erreichen (Leuphana Haltestelle 1-2 min, Mustermannskamp 4 min, Blücherstraße 2-3min) , Parkplätze sind hier auch genügend.
Deshalb denke ich, dass man hier von einer ziemlich guten Lage sprechen kann.
