The room offers a well-designed 11 square meters without slopes and is rented unfurnished. Out of the window you have a wonderful view of the greenery and the shared garden. Due to its south-facing orientation, the room is very bright. The shared flat is located in a quiet residential area, so you don't have to worry about street noise when the window is open, but can enjoy the twittering of birds.
The flat also has a shared living room, south-facing balcony and a large shared garden.
Das Zimmer bietet gut geschnittene 11qm ohne Schrägen und wird unmöbliert vermietet. Aus dem Fenster hat man einen wundervollen Blick ins Grüne, auf den Gemeinschaftsgarten. Durch die Ausrichtung nach Süden ist es im Zimmer schön hell. Die WG befindet sich in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet, sodass man bei offenem Fenster keinen Straßenlärm befürchten muss, sondern das Vögelgezwitscher genießen kann.
Die Wohnung besitzt ein gemeinschaftliches WG-Wohnzimmer, einen Balkon, der Richtung Süden ausgerichtet ist, sodass man den ganzen Tag die Sonne genießen kann, sowie einen großen gemeinschaftlich genutzten Garten.
Die Wohnung liegt im Herzen vom Bockelsberg. Du findest hier eine ruhige und friedliche Wohngegend. Es ist eine Reihenhaussiedlung in der viele Generation zusammen wohnen. Deine Entfernungen sind wie folgt (Zu Fuß/Mit Fahrrad): Uni (10 Min./5 Min.), Penny (10/5), Edeka-Sparkasse-Apotheke-Ärzte (2/4), Bushaltestelle(n) (2 Minuten zu Fuß).
In die Innenstadt fährt man ca. 15min mit dem Bus oder Fahrrad.
Für die naturverbunden Leute: zwei super schöne Wälder sind nur eine Gehminute entfernt. Zur Ilmenau (Teufelsbrücke) braucht man ca. 10 Min mit dem Fahrrad oder hat einen schönen Spaziergang durch den Wald und über die Wiesen.
You will live together with Usman (27) and Sandra (24). Usman studies MSAF, going into the 4th semester of the Masters program. Still learning German but can speak fluent English and loves listening to music, watching tv series, and travel. Sandra studies GESS, going into the 10th semester (finally getting started on her Bachelor thesis haha), likes cooking (vegetarian), taking walks in the nearby forest and is generally more of a homebody. They're usually doing their own things, but normally up for a chat when meeting in the kitchen and doing WG evenings, for example cooking or playing games, or just talking.
Since Usman is still learning German, the WG language is English.
If you're interested, let us now and we'll organize a date for touring the flat and getting to know each other a little. :)
We would like to meet you in person, as it also makes it easier for you to get a feel for the room, but if that's not possible, we can also organize something online.
