Ich vermiete mein möbliertes Zimmer, während ich das Wintersemester 2022/23 im Ausland verbringe. Das Zimmer hat eine große Fensterfront und ist deshalb sehr hell. Über das Zimmer gelangt man auch auf den Balkon, von dem man eine schöne Aussicht in den Garten hat. Mitvermietet werden mein 1,60 m breites Bett, mein Schreibtisch + Stuhl, ein Bücherregal, ein Fernseher + FireTV und PlayStation 4 und eine Kommode. Außerdem hat unser Badezimmer eine Badewanne!
I rent my furnished room while I spend the winter semester 2022/23 abroad. The room has a large window front and is therefore very bright. Through the room you can also get to the balcony, from which you have a beautiful view of the garden. The room is rented with my 1.60 m wide bed, my desk + chair, a bookshelf, a TV + FireTV and PlayStation 4 and a dresser. Also, our bathroom has a bathtub!

Die Wohnung befindet sich an der Bushaltestelle Blücherstraße. Innerhalb von 5 Minuten ist man auf dem Campus der Leuphana Universität und in jedem Seminarraum. Noch schneller (1-2 Minuten) ist man an der Bushaltestelle Blücherstraße oder an der Haltestelle Lüneburg Leuphana und in ca. 8 Minuten am Ginsterweg. Somit ist ganz Lüneburg schnell mit dem Bus erreichbar. Mit dem Fahrrad braucht man ca. 10-15 Minuten an dem Bahnhof und innerhalb von 20 Minuten ist die gesamte Stadt mit dem Fahrrad erschließbar. Trotz der Nähe zur Universität ist die direkte Nachbarschaft sehr ruhig. Probleme mit Lärm gab es bisher keine.
The apartment is located at the bus stop Blücherstraße. Within 5 minutes you are on the campus of Leuphana University and in every seminar room. Even faster (1-2 minutes) you are at the bus stop Blücherstraße or at the bus stop Lüneburg Leuphana and in about 8 minutes at the Ginsterweg. Thus, the whole of Lüneburg can be reached quickly by bus. By bike it takes about 10-15 minutes to get to the city train station and within 20 minutes the whole city is accessible by bike. Despite the proximity to the university, the immediate neighborhood is very quiet. There have been no problems with noise so far.

Mein aktueller Mitbewohner wird ebenfalls auf September/Oktober umziehen. Deshalb kann ich leider nicht sagen, wie sich dein WG-Leben gestalten wird. Mehr als ein*e Mitbewohner*in wirst du in dieser 2-Zimmer-Wohnung jedoch nicht haben. Das WG-Leben wird also wahrscheinlich ruhiger sein, als in einer 5-Personen-WG.
My current roommate will also move in September/October. That's why I can't say how your flat-sharing life will be. However, you won't have more than one roommate in this 2-room apartment. So the flat-sharing life will probably be quieter than in a 5-person flat-sharing community.
