Das Zimmer hat 11qm und wird ab dem 1.3 frei. Es ist klein aber fein und bietet Platz für alles was man benötigt, ich habe mich immer sehr wohl hier gefühlt und die Sonne scheint sehr schön durch das Fenster, sodass du auch von innen das Tageslicht genießen kannst.
In der großen Wohnküche laden drei gemütliche Sofas zu gemeinsamen Film- oder Serienabenden ein, dort befinden sich auch unsere zwei Kühlschränke sowie ein großer Gefrierschrank. Bis jetzt hat sich der größere Teil der WG Lebensmittel geteilt, der Rest hatte ein eigenes Fach, aber da Ende des Semesters noch mehr Menschen ausziehen, kannst du das mit deinen zukünftigen Mitbewohner_innen ganz neu verhandeln :)
Es gibt außerdem je zwei Klos und Badezimmer mit Dusche, Waschmaschine und Trockner befinden sich im Keller. Vor dem Haus ist noch ein abschließbarer Fahrradschuppen.
Hinter dem Haus ist ein kleiner Garten mit einem großen Walnuss-Baum, an dem man super eine Hängematte befestigen kann. Bei Bedarf kann das Beet meiner Mitbewohnerin übernommen werden.
The room is 11sqm and twill be available by the 1.3. The room is small but has enough space for everything you´ll need and the sunlight you can enjoy through the window is really nice .
In the large kitchen and living room you´ll find three comfortable sofas, as well as our two refrigerators and a large freezer. Up to now, the majority of the people in our flat have shared food, the rest had their own shelf, but since more people are moving out at the end of the semester, you can renegotiate this with your future flatmates :)
There are two toilets and bathrooms with showers, a washing machine and dryer is in the basement. There is a bicycle shed in front of the house.
Behind the house is a small garden with a big walnut tree, which is great for a hammock. If you feel like doing a bit of gardening, you could take over my roommates vegetable patch.
Wir wohnen im Studierendenwohnheim in super Lage im Roten Feld, direkt um die Ecke sind Denns, Aldi, Budni und Lidl. Bis in den Wilschenbruch, wo die Ilmenau im Sommer zum baden einlädt, bist du mit dem Rad knappe 10 Minuten unterwegs, zu Uni und in die Innenstadt brauchst du je nach Ampelphase zwischen 5 und 10 Minuten. Ne StadtradStation ist auch ums Eck und der Bus Richtung Uni/Bahnhof ist, wenn es mal eilt, auch in einer Minute zu erreichen.
We live in a student dormitory located betwenn city centre and Leuphana University, right around the corner are Denns, Aldi, Budni and Lidl. The Wilschenbruch, where the Ilmenau invites you to swim in the summer, is just 10 minutes away by bike, and it takes between 5 and 10 minutes to get to the university and the city centre. There's a StadtradStation nearby and when in a hurry, you can catch the bus in one minute.
Du wohnst mit Serena zusammen, sie studiert IBAE im ersten Semester und ist eine kreative und offenherzige Person. Für gemeinsame Spaziergänge oder Workouts ist sie immer zu haben. Da noch mehr Menschen in den nächsten Monaten ausziehen, könnt ihr das WG-Leben und auch die WG neu gestalten

You will live with Serena, who is studying IBAE in her first semester. She's a creative and communicative Person and is always up for a walk or a workout together. As more people move out in the next months, there will be plenty of ways in shaping your new home!
