Wir wünschen uns (möglichst) eine Nichtraucherin, die auch gut mit den beiden Miezen auskommt.
Es besteht eine gute Anbindung zur Innenstadt und auch eine gute Fahrradroute zu Uni und FH. Die EWF ist mit der Linie 6 direkt erreichbar.
