Hi,
I'm a 25 years old woman studying at the fine art school of Lyon (5th year). I have a 15 sqm room with furnitures available from the 10th of october till the end of May 2010. I'm looking for a girl only to share the appartment.
The appartment is a nice renovated duplex of approximatively 65sqm. The place is comfortable and is equipped with washing machine, Wifi adsl and bathtub. It is located next to the fine art school of Lyon and about 10 min away by foot from la place des terreaux.
The total rent is € 360, bills included (water, electricity, adsl and telephone). i also need a € 100 deposit at the arrival.
The available room is furnished with a double bed, a desk, a chest and a clothes rack.
I'm looking preferably for Erasmus student. Possibility to rent the room only for a semester if necessary.
P.S: i got a nice cat, i do smoke and speak some german, spanish and english!
