Salut futur-colocs,
Bienvenu.e.s au Château Gaillard ! Actuellement résident ici Elsa et Yorck et nous cherchons deux nouveaux co-châtelain.e.s. Bien évidemment nous n’habitons pas un vrai château mais notre humble demeure est fort sympathique. Plus exactement il s’agit d’une grande maison avec
- trois étages,
- quatre chambres (dont deux se libèrent),
- un très grand salon avec cuisine ouverte et comptoir
- et un jardin où habite un cerisier très productif.
La maison est idéalement située proche du métro Flachet (ligne A) dans un quartier calme à Villeurbanne. Plusieurs magasins du quotidien sont accessibles à pieds en moins de 5 min, dont deux grands supermarchés (super U et Lidl) et une friperie ultra cool.
Tu partageras ta nouvelle coloc avec Elsa (27 ans, dans l'éducation) et Yorck (29 ans, doctorant en chimie). Nous apprécions tous les deux une vie en coloc très chaleureuse et respectueuse avec plein de moments conviviaux et festifs. Mais quand il faut nous aimons aussi le calme. Nous avons tous les deux beaucoup d'expérience en colocation. Quant aux besoins du quotidien nous partageons jusque-là les produits de base comme le pain et les produits ménagers et on est inscrit à une AMAP. On aimerait bien garder ce système mais ça reste négociable.
Les deux chambres qui se libèrent fin juin sont éligibles à la CAF et comprennent environ 15m² pour la petite et 45m² pour la grande. Même si la taille est bien différente elles sont toutes les deux très lumineuse et bien coupées. Les loyers respectifs sont à 480€ et 550€ (+50€ pour eau, gaz, électricité, internet).
Il y a possibilité de racheter certains meubles des anciens colocs si tu le souhaites.

Welcome to Château Gaillard. At the moment, Elsa and Yorck are residing here and we are looking for two additional castle mates. Although we like to call it this way, we don’t live in an actual castle but in a lovely single family house with
- three levels
- four rooms
- two restrooms, including a huge bathtub and shower
- a huge living room with an fully equipped kitchen
- and a nice garden which is crowned by a very productive cherry tree.
Your room could be either a room on the second floor of 15m² or the spacious room on the third floor of 45m². Both get a lot of sunlight.
The house is located in a calm neighborhood in Villeurbanne, close to the metro station Flachet (A line) which takes you to the city center in 10 minutes. Several supermarkets and shops are within 5 walking minutes. There is a Velov bike station directly in our street.
Your future house mates are Elsa (27, teacher) and Yorck (29, German, PhD student). We enjoy having a warm and respectful living together with moments of party and calm. We both have a lot of house sharing experience.
The rent including all additional costs is 530€ for the room on the second floor and 600€ for the room on the third floor. The rent is eligible for CAF (French housing benefit).
