Ich bin Deutsche Kommunikations-Designerin, seit über 30 Jahren in Mailand, und vermiete ein sehr schönes, helles Zimmer in interessantem, design- und kunstorientiertem Ambiente. Die Wohnung liegt im zentralen Stadtteil, Città Studi/Lambrate/Loreto, also direkt an der Uni, dem Politecnico (Capus Leonardo), 5 min zu Fuß erreichbar.
Sie ist sehr verkehrsgünstig gelegen (2 U-Bahnlinien, Tram, Busse, Bahnhof, Flughafen Lambrate).
Sehr nahe auch zum Zentrum von Mailand (Domplatz).
Unsere Wohnung ist groß und hell. Sie liegt im 5. Stock (mit Aufzug direkt vor die Haustür) und man hat wunderschöne Ausblicke aus allen Fenstern.
Es gibt drei bepflanzte Balkons.
Das Zimmer ist dekorativ und atmosphärisch eingerichtet, geräumig, hell, freundlich; verfügt über ein großes Doppelbett, Schrank, Sofa, Komode, Schreibtisch, Lampen. Bettwäsche und Handtücher stehen, wenn gewünscht, zur Verfügung.
Auch ein Fahrrad und Fahrradabstellplatz stehen eventuell zur Verfügung.
Sehr wichtig (!): Ich habe eine Katze..., also Vorsicht bei Katzenallergie!
Rauchen ist in der Wohnung nicht erlaubt (aber auf dem Balkon).

Die Wohnung ist sehr verkehrsgünstig gelegen (2 U-Bahnlinien, Tram, Busse, Bahnhof ganz in der Nähe).Sehr nahe auch zum Zentrum von Mailand (Domplatz).
Das Zentrum ist auch zu Fuß erreichbar.
In der Naehe gibt es Supermaerkte und ein wunderschoener Wochenmarkt.
