wir haben ein Zimmer in einer 2er WG anzubieten.
Bevorzugt wird ein Mietverhältnis mit einer erwarteten Dauer von mindestens 2 Jahren.
Der Mietpreis von 330€ versteht sich als Pauschalpreis inkl. Strom.
Bitte stellen Sie sich in der Bewerbung kurz vor, damit ich eine Vorauswahl treffen kann.
Diese bespreche ich dann mit dem Mitbewohner, der sich bereiterklärt hat, die Besichtigung
durchzuführen.
Zwischen Uni und Uniklinik liegt unser Mehrfamilienhaus, zu Fuß ist man in 5 bis 10min zur Uni gelaufen, mit dem Rad geht es natürlich noch schneller.
Die Lage ist als sehr ruhig zu bezeichnen, die Straße ist nicht zu stark befahren und das Haus liegt in der 2ten Reihe.
Die Nahverkehrsanbindung ist sowohl mit dem Bus als auch mit der Strassenbahn sehr gut.
