ich muss im Oktober aufgrund meines Studiums in andere Stadt umziehen und deswegen suche dringend nach einer netten Untermieterin für mein Zimmer in 2er WG im Campo Novo Mainz. Studienbewerberin/Studentin wird bevorzugt.
Die Wohnung ist vollmöbliert und modern ausgestattet. Sie liegt im 5.Stock (Aufzug vorhanden). Das Zimmer ist 13,65qm groß. Es gibt verschiedene Regale und einen Kleiderwäscheschrank. Also haben Sie sehr viel Stauraum :) Für Internetverbindung ist ein DSL-Modem vorhanden. Sie brauchen nur einen Router zu kaufen. Die Nebenkosten ist nicht inklusive Strom. Die Stromkosten teilen Sie mit Ihrer Mitbewohnerin. Wie viel Sie bezahlen müssen, sollen Sie mit ihr darüber diskutieren.
Die Küche und das Bad teilen Sie mit der Mitbewohnerin.
Im Erdgeschoss finden Sie das gemeinsame Waschraum, aber Sie müssen für die Nutzung der Waschmaschine und des Trockners bezahlen. Es gibt auch Freifläche, wo Sie Ihr Fahrrad abstellen können.
Der Untermietvertrag ist gültig bis 31.03.2020. Falls Sie länger wohnen wollen, sollen Sie später als Nachmieterin direkt bei dem Vermieter bewerben :)

I have to move to another city in October for my studies so I'm looking urgently for a nice Untermieterin for my room in 2-room flatshare in Campo Novo Mainz. Female student applicant/student is preferred.
The apartment is modern and fully furnished. It's on 5th floor (elevator is available). The bedroom is 13.65 sq.m. There are some different shelves and a wardrobe so you will have a lot of storage space :) For internet connection there's already a DSL-Modem. You just need to buy the router. Utility cost does not include electricity. The electricity bill will be shared by you and your flatmate. You should discuss with her how much you have to pay.
You will share the kitchen and bathroom with your flatmate.
On the ground floor you can find the common laundry room, but you have to pay separately for the use of the washing machine and dryer. There's also an open space where you can park your bike.
The contract for the Untermiete is valid until 31/03/2020. In the case that you want to prolong your stay, you can later apply as Nachmieterin directly to the Vermieter :)
Die Wohnung liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Hbf, der zu Fuß in 10-15 min oder mit der STR/dem Bus in 4 min zu erreichen ist.
Die STR-/Bushaltestelle Goethestraße ist nur 5 min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Davon haben Sie direkt Anschluss überall in Mainz. Mit STR 51 können Sie direkt zur Uni fahren.
Supermärkte wie REWE, ALDI und sogar der große Asienmarkt YuanFa sind auch in der Nähe.
Falls Sie sich für Fitnesstraining interessieren, liegt gegenüber der Wohnung das Fitnessstudio FITSEVENELEVEN.

The apartment is in the immediate vicinity of the main station, which can be reached in 10-15 min on foot or 4 min with tram/bus.
The tram/bus stop Goethestraße is only 5-min walk from the apartment. From there you can have direct connection to many different places in Mainz. With tram 51 you can directly go to the uni.
Supermarkets like REWE, ALDi and even the big Asian market YuanFa are also nearby.
If you like working out, there's fitness studio FITSEVENELEVEN opposite from the apartment.

Die Mietbewohnerin ist gerade eingezogen. Die Mietbewohnerin, Vanessa, ist gerade eingezogen. Sie ist 23 Jahre alt und studiert Master BWL an der Uni. Sie ist orderntlich, sehr freundlich und nett :) Ich hoffe, dass ihr ganz gut miteinander auskommt :)
