Mein Zimmer ist ca. 21qm gross und gut geschnitten (quadratisch - jedenfalls nicht verwinkelt). Aufgrund der zwei Fenster ist es stets hell und mit Sonnenlicht durchflutet. Das Zimmer ist komplett möbliert, wie man auf den Fotos sehen kann. Die Wände sind weiss. Der Boden besteht aus Laminat.
Die Wohnung liegt in unmittelbare Nähe zum Hauptbahnhof von hier kannst du jedes beliebig Ziel - auch Frankfurt und Wiesbaden- problemlos und schnell erreichen. Solltest du mal keine Lust auf Bus oder Bahn haben, die MVG - Fahrradstationen stehen in unmittelbarer Nähe, sodass du auch mit den Rad dein Ziel erreichen kannst.
Einkaufstmoeglichkeiten (Rewe, Penny und Aldi) sind innerhalb weniger Gehminuten erreichbar. Auch Bars, Kneipen und Restaurants gibt es bei uns nur zur Genüge.
Am Rhein bist du in etwa 10 Gehminuten, in die Innenstadt etwa in 15 Gehminuten
Wir sind in der Wohnung insgesamt zu tritt, dh Johan(31) Sportlehrer, Katja (21) Biologie Studentin, Yassin (26) Lehramstudent.
Wir sind keine Zweck wg.
Wir suchen jemanden der Lust und Spass daran hat sich im WG-Leben zu integrieren.
Trotzdem hat jeder seine eigene Privatsphäre. Am besten wäre wenn du vorbeikommst damit wir uns kennenlernen könnten :).
