Zimmer in 3er WG

Die WG liegt gerade mal maximal 5 Minuten Fußweg von der Straßenbahn- und Bus Station Bismarkplatz entfernt, welche nur 3 Haltestellen vom Hauptbahnhof und 5 Haltestellen vom Uni Campus entfernt. Es gibt einen Aldi und einen Lidl die beide ebenfalls maximal 7 Minuten Fußweg entfernt liegen ebenso wie einen großen Rewe und Alnatura Supermarkt die etwa 10 Minuten Fußweg entfernt direkt am Rheinufer liegen. Man kann also ganz einfach zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad Einkaufen gehen. Und falls man mal keine Lust auf groß Einkaufen hat oder mal wieder verpeilt hat das Feiertag ist, dann gibt es Pizzerien und Döner Läden ringsherum ebenso wie einige Kiosks. Die Wohnung grenzt zudem an einen keinen Park/Spielplatz (mit Basketballkorb,Tischtennisplatten etc.) und ist nur 5 Minuten Fußweg vom Goethepark entfernt.


The shared apartment is just a maximum of 5 minutes' walk from the Bismarkplatz tram and bus station, which is only 3 stops from the main train station and 5 stops from the university campus. There is an Aldi and a Lidl, both of which are also a maximum of 7 minutes' walk away, as well as a large Rewe and Alnatura supermarket, which are about 10 minutes' walk away directly on the banks of the Rhine. So you can easily go shopping on foot or by bike. And if you don't feel like doing a lot of shopping or have missed the fact that it's a public holiday, there are pizzerias and kebab shops around as well as some kiosks. The apartment also borders on a park/playground (with a basketball hoop, table tennis tables, etc.) and is only a 5-minute walk from the Goethepark.

Wir sind beide in der Endphase unseres Humangeographie Studiums und schreiben aktuell unsere Masterarbeiten (sind Kommilitonen desselben internationalen Masterstudiengangs). Aufgrund dessen sind wir sehr flexibel und ungebunden, da wir nicht mehr wirklich häufig in die Uni und zum Campus müssen was häufig dazu verleitet die Nacht zum Tag zu machen ;) wenn auch nicht allzu auffällig und laut. Also wenn du einen geregelten Schlafrhythmus hast, sollte das zu keinen Problemen führen. Unser vorheriger Mitbewohner war berufstätig und das hat ohne Probleme funktioniert. Die Wohnung verfügt leider über kein gemeinsames Wohnzimmer (vom Bauplan wäre das freie Zimmer das Wohnzimmer) aber eine gemütliche Küche, in der man gemeinsam sitzen, kochen und essen kann und von der man Zugang auf einen kleinen Balkon hat. In der Nachbarschaft gibt es viele andere WGs von denen manche von Zeit zu Zeit Partys feiern die einen in der Regel aber nicht besonders stören. Zu der Wohnung gehören zudem eine Kammer im Keller in der Man Dinge lagern kann und auch Sachen wie Fahrräder abstellen kann ebenso wie ein Zimmerchen auf dem Dachboden.


We are both in the final phase of our human geography studies and are currently writing our master's theses (we are fellow students on the same international master's degree program). Because of this, we are very flexible and independent, as we no longer have to go to the university and campus very often, which often leads to us turning night into day ;) although not too conspicuous and loud. So if you have a regular sleep schedule, this shouldn't cause any problems. Our previous roommate worked and that worked without any problems. Unfortunately, the apartment does not have a shared living room (according to the building plan, the free room would be the living room) but a cozy kitchen where you can sit, cook and eat together and from which you have access to a small balcony. There are many other shared apartments in the neighborhood, some of which have parties from time to time, but they usually don't bother you much. The apartment also includes a room in the basement where you can store things and store things like bicycles, as well as a small room in the attic.

Da unser ehemaliger Mitbewohner dessen Zimmer jetzt frei ist als erster von uns allen hier gewohnt hat und ihm die meisten gemeinsam genutzten Möbel sowie die Küche und viele Lampen gehört haben sind wir gerade dabei uns neu einzurichten, weshalb uns hier und da noch ein paar Dinge, die wir zuvor noch hatten, fehlen. Aktuell sind wir gerade dabei eine neue alte Küche einzubauen. Allerdings gibt uns dies nun die Möglichkeit unsere Kreativ in der Beschaffung und Einrichtung neuer Dinge freien Lauf zu lassen. Bilder von der Küche werden hochgeladen sobald Sie fertig eingebaut ist. Zudem schließen wir gerade neue Internet- und Stromverträge ab weshalb sich die Nebenkosten eventuell noch leicht ändern könnten.

Since our former roommate, whose room is now free, was the first of all of us to live here and most of the shared furniture as well as the kitchen and many lamps belonged to him, we are currently in the process of re-arranging ourselves, which is why we need to get/buy a few things here and there, that he took with him. We are currently in the process of installing a new old kitchen. However, this now gives us the opportunity to let our creativity run wild when it comes to purchasing and setting up new things. Pictures of the kitchen will be uploaded as soon as it is fully installed. Furthermore we are currently concluding new contracts for Power and Internet which is why the extra cost might still be subject to slight changes.
