Hier handelt es sich um ein Zimmer im Studentenwohnheim Campo Novo in einer 2er WG. Ich habe hier 1 Jahr gelebt und habe mich immer sehr wohl gefühlt. Mein Mietvertrag läuft noch bis zum 30.09.2019 und da ich wieder in die Heimat ziehe und ab dem 01.08.2019 nicht mehr in Mainz wohnen werde, möchte ich gerne mein Zimmer bis dahin untervermieten. Es besteht die Möglichkeit, das Zimmer weiter anzumieten, dies läuft dann allerdings nicht mehr über mich, sondern über den Vermieter direkt. GEZ und Internet sind im Preis enthalten. Das Zimmer ist Vollmöbliert.
Das Zimmer ist mit Blick auf den Innenhof gerichtet und der Balkon hat eine optimale Größe. Draußen gibt es ebenfalls noch zusätzlichen Stauraum, in Form eines integrierten Schrankes.
