I'm looking for a roommate for an 2 room apartment located in the oberstadt of Mainz. I'm renting the room for two months during my friend vacation.
Availability: 01/08/2022 - 31/09/2022.

The furniture is in good condition and the room in general is super comfortable.
From the balcony you have a very nice view, especially at night.
The rest of the apartment: The kitchen is quite new and there is everything you need (+ large dining table with 3 comfortable armchairs). The spacious bathroom has a large shower.

There's a supermarket right in front of the door plus a pharmacy and a bakery just nearby.
You will be living with me a 25 years old software engineer from Tunisia. I work at a small company in Mainz. I go to the office every morning and in the evenings I usually prefer to work from home. Usually I'm very quite person and I really appreciate the calm especially at night since I get up early for work.
Currently I'm learning Deutsch but I am not able to hold conversations in German yet. If you are learning. But I understand some sentences. If you are learning German or a native speaker it would be great to have some small talks in German. I speak English, Arabic and French.
