Das Zimmer ist sehr hell, hat zwei große Fenster zum Innenhof und hat ca. 17 Quadratmeter. Es wird möbliert übergeben mit Bett, Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch, etc., hat also alles was man brauch :)
Die Lage ist top, direkt am Goethepark in der Neustadt. Zum Bahnhof sind’s auch nur so 10 Minuten zu Fuß, der Gartenfeldplatz ist auch direkt um die Ecke.
Da meine Mitbewohnerin für 5 Monate ins Ausland geht, ist das Zimmer befristet frei. Unser momentanes WG-Leben ist sehr vertraut und entspannt, wir wohnen jetzt auch schon ganz schön lange zusammen. Ich würde mich natürlich freuen wenn du auch Interesse daran hättest, aber nichts muss!
Kurz zu mir: Ich bin Sina, 22 & studiere im 6. Semester Publizistik und Soziologie.
Alles weitere können wir dann einfach gerne persönlich bequatschen! :-)
Kaution wäre eine warme Monatsmiete :-)
