Die Wohnung hat 3 Zimmer, einen großen Flur, ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne und eine geräumige Küche mit Balkon zum Innenhof hin.
Das Zimmer selbst wird unmöbliert sein.
Die Wohnung befindet sich am Schillerplatz, ist also sehr zentral gelegen und man kann fußläufig die komplette Innenstadt abgehen. Zum Rhein sind es ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß, die nächste Haltestelle ist der Schillerplatz ( 2 Minuten). Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es fußnah aufgrund der Lage auch zu Hauf.
Unsere WG besteht aus Collin (24) und Nils (26). Auf keinen Fall soll die WG eine Zweck-WG sein, denn wir sind beide offene und gesellige Menschen. Zu gemeinsamen WG-Abenden/Aktivitäten wird also nicht nein gesagt.
Collin und ich (Nils) sind auf der Suche nach einer 3. Person, die genauso offen für gemeinsame Unternehmungen ist, wie wir. Als „Anforderung“ im Falle des baldigen Einzuges, ist für den Vermieter ein Lebenslauf mit Bild zu schicken und dem Vormieter ist ein Abschlag in Höhe von 50€ zu zahlen. Die Kaution beträgt in der Regel 2 Monatsmieten.
