Da ich im nächsten Semester ins Ausland fahre, würe ich sehr gerne mein schönes Studentenzimmer an Dich untervermieten.
Das Zimmer befindet sich in einer 2er WG im Studentenwohnheim in der Speyerer Straße und ist ca. 15qm groß. Es ist vollständig eingerichtet (mit 2 Kleiderschränken, Schreibtisch und Schreibtischstuhl, Bett, Bücherregal, Nachttisch und einem Spiegel). Dazu gibt es in der WG eine Küchennische mit 2 Herdplatten, einem Kühlschrank mit Kühltruhe, einem Waschbecken und ein großes Badezimmer. Außerdem gibt es im Wohnheim einen Waschraum, einen Partyraum und einen Fahrradkeller.
Ein Highlight des Zimmers ist ein großer Balkon, wo man sich sehr gut entspannen kann.
Nebenkosten (Wasser, Heizung, Internet) sind im Mietpreis von 320 € pauschal miteingerechnet und müssen nicht extra gezahlt werden.

Since I'm going abroad in the next semester, I would like to sublet my beautiful student room to you.
The room is located in a flat for two in the student residence in Speyerer Straße and is about 15 square meters. It is fully furnished (with 2 wardrobes, desk and desk chair, bed, bookshelf, bedside table and a mirror). There is also a kitchenette with 2 hotplates, a fridge with freezer, a sink and a large bathroom. The residence offers also a laundry room, a party room and a bicycle storage room.
A highlight of the room is a large balcony where you can relax very well.
Additional costs (water, heating, internet) are included in the rent of 320 € and do not have to be paid extra.
Die Lage des Wohnheims ist perfekt: die Straßenbahnlinie 3 ist ca. 1-2 minuten Gehminuten entfernt. Außerdem gibt es die Buslinie 63 und Straßenbahn 1 in der Nähe.
Die Uni ist in 10 Minuten mit der Straßenbahnlinie 3 erreichbar, zur Hochschule Mannheim braucht man 7 Minuten zu Fuß oder noch weniger mit dem Fahrrad. Am Hauptbahnhof ist man bereits in 7 Minuten mit der Straßenbahn da.
Es gibt auch gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten: Ein ALDI ist ca. 5 min zu Fuß entfernt, es gibt auch einen REWE und einen Getränkemarkt in der Nähe.
Es gibt auch gute kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten für PKW-Besitzer neben dem Wohnheim.

The location of the residence is perfect: the tram line 3 is about 1-2 minutes walk away. There is also the bus line 63 and tram 1 nearby.
The university can be reached in 10 minutes by tram line 3, the Hochschule Mannheim is in 7 minutes on foot or even less by bike. The central station is already in 7 minutes by tram.
There are also good shopping possibilities: ALDI is about 5 minutes to foots away, there is also REWE and a beverage market nearby.
There are also good free parking facilities for car owners next to the dorm, so it is perfect if you have a car.
Die Mitbewohnerin ist sehr freundlich und super nett. Sie studiert zurzeit an der Hochschule Mannheim. Wir sehen uns nicht so oft, da wir andere Vorlesungspläne haben. Ganz oft kannst du die WG nur für dich haben, besonders am Wochenende.

The flatmate is very friendly and super nice. She is currently studying at the Hochschule Mannheim. We do not see each other that often because we have other lecture plans. Quite often you can only have the shared flat for yourself, especially on weekends.
Wegen des Studentenwohnheims brauche ich noch deine aktuelle Studienbescheinigung, weil es nur an mannheimer Studenten vermietet werden kann.
