The room is wide, with a loft bed that allows to use the entire dimensions. A lot of light enters from the big window, while the heater keep it warm.
All the furniture will remain inside the room and this includes:
- Desk
- Chair
- Wardrobe
- A couch in which there is space to put stuff inside.
- The bed with the mattress, the pillow, the sheets and the duvet.
I will also give you two electrical sockets.
In my personal opinion the room was great, super worth living and comfortable.
The house is located right after the river, at the beginning of Waldhofstrasse, basically on Alter MessPlatz.
The location has everything you need to live. There are Lidle and Rewe supermarkets very close (almost 2 minutes on foot). Then a Penny market is at almost 5 minutes.
There are different places to drink a beer and cafes and restaurants nearby.
The house is located near the Capitol Theater and right behind the corner there is a McDonald.
There are also different laundries nearby.
In the flat, the kitchen and the bathroom are shared, with Phillip, the flatmate. The life with him was easy.
We had totally different times during the day, but the relation was totally relaxed. We had time together for a couple of beers and some talks in the evening but at the same time we respect the privacy of each other. We had no problem in the sharing of the flat. He is a really nice guy, really down-to-earth.
The bathroom has also a washing machine. The kitchen has a hoven.
I will leave with the house also my bike, that is parked in the curtyard, in the rack for the bikes.
The house is also privided with a fast internet connection.
Finally, the owners of the house are very polite and available in case of problems.
