wenn du Interesse an der Wohnung hast und gerne eine Antwort von mir erhalten möchtest, dann solltest du das Inserat unbedingt bis zum Ende durchlesen.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 13 qm groß mit Pakettboden (der Boden hat schon ein paar Jahre hinter sich) und hohen Decken. Momentan ist ein 90cm Klappbett mit Lattenrost und guter Matratze drin. Das kannst du auch nutzen wenn du magst oder wir holen es raus. Ansonten wird das Zimmer leer übergeben. Es gibt einen kleinen Balkon nach Süden und einen nach Norden. Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Eine neue Spühlmaschine ist auf dem Weg. Waschmaschine ist vorhanden und ein bißchen Platz im Keller haben wir auch noch. Wir haben ein großes Wohnzimmer. >30 qm mit Sofa und TV sowie einem großen Esstisch. (Darin mache ich derzeit tagsüber öfter Homeoffice – da müssen wir uns irgendwie arrangieren) Das Bad hat eine Badewanne und Tageslicht.

The room is about 13 square meters with a parquet floor (the floor has been around for a few years) and high ceilings. At the moment there is a 90cm folding bed with slatted frame and a good mattress. You can use it if you like or we can take it out. Otherwise the room will be handed over empty. There is a small balcony to the south and one to the north. The kitchen is fully equipped. A new dishwasher is on the way. Washing machine is available and we also have a little space in the cellar. Die Wohnung liegt in den U-Quadraten. Rewe, Penny, Aldi, Rossmann, Fussgängerzone etc. ist Alles in 5-10 Gehminuten zu erreichen. Der Neckar und die Neckarwiesen sind ebenfalls nur knapp fünf Minuten entfernt. Zum Bahnhof läuft man ca. 20 Minuten oder fährt 5 Minuten mit dem Rad. Zentraler geht es kaum. Juhu

Du bist aufgeschlossen, verantwortungsbewusst und kannst Wünsche und Probleme kommunizieren. Geschlecht, sexuelle Orientierung und Nationaliät deiner Mitmenschen spielen für dich keine bedeutende Rolle. Sehr gut! Damit sind ein paar Grundvoraussetzungen erfüllt. Du magst es Ordnung zu halten und weißt wie man ein Badezimmer ordentlich putzt. Perfekt, jetzt sind wir schon fast ein Match.
Ich bin berufstätig (IT) und arbeite in der Regel im Homeoffice. Bin aber beruflich auch mehrere Tage im Monat unterwegs, sprich nicht in Mannheim. Wenn ich in Mannheim bin spiele ich Tennis, geh ins Gym, helfe gelegentlich in einem Kulturverein, treffe Freunde, Freunde besuchen mich, geh auf Tecno-Feierei, Kneipenbesuche, Wandern, Verreisen...
Ich habe schon in einigen WG's und mit unterschiedlichen Leuten zusammengewohnt. Wie unser WG-Leben dann genau aussieht, stellt sich noch raus. Vergangene Mitbewohner*innen wurden bei mir zu besten Freunden (bis heute) und von anderen weiß ich nicht mal mehr den Namen.

I work in IT and usually work from home. But I also travel for work several days a month, so I'm not in Mannheim. When I'm in Mannheim, I play tennis, go to the gym, occasionally help out in a cultural club, meet friends, friends visit me, go to Tecno parties, pub visits, hiking, traveling...
I've already lived in a few shared flats and with different people. It remains to be seen exactly what our shared flat life will look like. Past flatmates have become my best friends (to this day) and I don't even remember the names of others.
