My new 4-people WG in Mannheim (2 min away from the Alte Feuerwache station) is looking for another new member to join in April. The room is about 12m² and the full rent is 265 Euro. It's preferable if the person has a long-term job contract.
Let me know if you are interested and I could send you more information! :)
Hallo 🙂
12th floor view to the Alte Feuerwache and the whole city! o.O
It takes just a couple of minutes from our apartment door to the tram stop. From there you can easily reach every spot in Mannheim as all the major tram lines pass through. You need 10-13 min to the Hauptbahnhof and 5-6 min to Paradeplatz.
I am Albena (25) and I am currently writing my master thesis in Business Informatics at the Uni Mannheim. Ema is a 3rd semester masters student also in Business Informatics. We both work part-time (2-3 times a week) at SAP. I enjoy swimming and I am also part of a diving club in Mannheim. Ema does a lot of sports - essentially covering the whole Uni Sport portfolio and going to the gym (almost) every day. Shantanu is joining the WG in the beginning of April too. He is working as a business analyst in an IT services company in Jungbusch.
We are all very easy-going, we spend time together when we can, enjoy cooking, having a glass of wine and so on. But also each of us has their own life rolling and can have peace and quiet when they need it :)
Looking forward to your addition!
The room is furnished with a bunk bed (Hochbett) that frees up a lot of space. There is also a wardrobe, an extra clothes rack, a table and chair as well as some small shelves. You can discuss the details of the furniture take-over with the current tenant depending on the preferences of both sides.
If you are interested, please drop us an email (I am not always reachable via phone) with some information about yourself and we can arrange a visit as soon as possible (preferably by the end of the week, latest till March 21st).
Best,
Albena
