Das Zimmer ist circa 24m² groß und direkt an das Zimmer ist ein Balkon angeschlossen.
Bei meinem Einzug habe ich neu gestrichen und die Farbe ist noch rundum schön weiß.
Es gibt zwei Fenster nach Süden, von circa 1000h bis zum Sonnenuntergang ist im Zimmer und auf dem Balkon Sonne.

The room is 24m² big and there is a balcony you reach only via this room, so its yours :)
When I moved in I repainted the room and it is still nice and white. The two windows are leading to the south, between around 1000h and sunset there is always sun in your room and on the balcony.
Das Haus liegt zwischen Rhein und Schloss, in der Uni Mannheim seid ihr also in ca 5 min zu Fuß. Die Innenstadt ist 10min entfernt, die nächste Straßenbahn und Bushaltestelle ebenfalls.
Die Barmeile im Jungbusch und die Bars in den Quadraten sind in maximal 15min zu Fuß erreichbar.
Zum Hauptbahnhof läuft man ganz entspannt ebenfalls ca 15min.
Im Sommer seid ihr in weniger als 5min im Rheinpark, wo man super in der Sonne liegen, Joggen gehen oder mit dem Rad zum Strandbad fahren kann.

The house and flat are located between Rhein and the baroque castle and the university. It takes you 5min to walk to the university or the library, 10min to the next bus stop.
In 10min you reach most of the bars in Mannheim.
The main station is 15min away.
There is also the Rheinpark, 5min away, where you can lie in the sun and relax in summer or you walk to the strandbad (kind of a swimming pool, but naturally) and swim or use the park and woods to go for a run.
Momentan wohnen in der WG neben mir 3 Jungs, einer zieht gerade aus und ab Juli wird dann eine französische Studentin bei uns wohnen. Alle sind super nett und freundlich, ihr könnte jederzeit zusammen in der Küche sitzen und ein bisschen schnacken. Da wir alle mal im Stress sind nimmt es euch aber auch keiner übel, wenn ihr euch dann zurück zieht. Um genau zu sein passiert es in der Klausurphase schon mal, dass wir alle nur zum schlafen und essen daheim sind.
Wir haben Badezimmer und Toilette getrennt, beides klein aber absolut ausreichend. Die Küche ist größer, ausgestattet mit Herd, Kühlschrank, Gefrierschrank, Waschmaschine und bald auch wieder einer Spülmaschine.

Right now we are 3 guys and me, but one is moving out soon and a french girl will move in in July. Everyone ist friendly and open for a chat or a beer or a wine. Since we all know what its like to be stressed no one is angry if you need time for yourself to relax.
The shower and the toilet are separated and small, but absolutely big enough. The kitchen is bigger and serves as a kind of living room. In the kitchen you can smoke.
We have an oven, fridge, freezer, washing machine and will buy a new dishwasher soon, too.
