The room has three big windows so has really good sunlight coming in, and all the furnitures are in very good condition. There is also one huge wardrobe where you can even sort your accessories and put 10 pairs of shoes. The bath and the kitchen are both shared, and we have a bi-weekly cleaning plan (but sometimes monthly). The best parts of kitchen: 1. dishwasher 2. fancy espresso machine for good coffee to wake up in the morning 3. Marilyn Monroe watching you cook 4. small balcony when you feel like tanning
The location is close to Marktplatz, with less than one minute walking to the Straßenbahn and to Paradeplatz around 3 mins, and to Uni around 5-8 mins. As for food, there is a Lidl within 2 mins walking, or a bunch of restaurants or bars at the corner. The flat is on 3rd floor so it is relatively quiet in the city center.
You will be sharing the flat with Leo, studying Communications Design at Hochschule and Felix, studying BWL at Uni Mannheim. We cook quite often together or simply enjoy wine/beer/liquor over each others' funny stories, but when you need some private space, they are also very quiet and respectful. They speak German, English and little bit of Spanish, but most of morning or during studying period we communicate with eyes.
As I'm moving out from Mannheim, we are looking for a new flatmate to take over my room. You will sublet from me from January until April, then afterwards you'll take over the contract. I'll also sell all my furnitures seen in the photo for around 800€ (really huge wardrobe, queen size bed, super comfortable mattress, and more)
