Das Zimmer hat einen schönen Blick auf die belebte Straße. Zwei Badezimmer und eine voll nutzbare Küche sowie Waschmaschine sind vorhanden. Es herrscht eine ruhige Atmosphäre mit Wohlfühlgarantie. Aber auch ein kaffe am morgen oder ein Getränk am Abend sind meistens drinn.
Ein Supermarkt ist ein Quadrat weiter und viele Restaurants und Bars laden zum verweilen ein. Die Innenstadt und Verbindung zu Bus und Bahn sind kn zwei Minuten zu erreichen.
Der Hauptmieter ist ca 51 Jahre jung, sehr entspannt und meistens von 6 bis 22 Uhr auf der Arbeit. Samstags einen Kaffee zu trinken schaffen wir trotzdem oft. Der zweite Mitbewohner ist mit 27 etwas jünger aber auch sehr entspannt. Ab und an ist die kleine Tochter ( 3 Jahre ) des zweiten Mitbewohners zu Gast und wirbelt durch den Flur :)
