Das WG Zimmer ist ca. 15qm groß und voll möbliert mit allem, was du brauchst: Bett, Schrank, Schreibtisch mit Lampe, Regal und Schreibtischstuhl. Durch zwei große elektrische Veluxfenster kommt viel Licht ins Zimmer, am Abend lassen sie aber auch komplett abdunkeln. Das Zimmer befindet sich in einem Studentenwohnheim in einer 2er WG. Zusammen mit deinem Mitbewohner teilst du dir eine kleine Küche und das Bad. Du hast deinen eigenen großen Kühlschrank, Töpfe und Geschirr müssten allerdings mitgebracht werden. Außerdem gibt es in dem langen Flur der WG noch einen extra Tisch mit Stühlen und neben der WG befindet sich ein Raum mit ein paar Sofas und einer größeren Küche, inklusive einem Backofen. Im Keller gibt es auch noch einen Fahrradkeller. Wie du siehst, fehlst eigentlich nur noch du 😊
The shared room is about 15 sqm and fully furnished with everything you need: bed, wardrobe, desk with lamp, shelf and desk chair. Two large electric Velux windows allow a lot of light into the room, but in the evening, they can also be completely darkened. The room is located in a student dormitory in a 2 room shared flat. Together with your flatmate you share a small kitchen and the bathroom. You have your own big fridge, but you should bring your own pots and dishes. In the long corridor of the flat is an extra table and chairs and next to the flat you can find a room with a few sofas and a larger kitchen, including an oven. In the cellar there is also a bicycle cellar. As you can see, the only thing missing is you 😊
Das Zimmer befindet sich in den Quadraten in Mannheim direkt zwischen dem Szeneviertel Jungbusch und dem Marktplatz. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, wie Penny und Lidl sind in 5-10 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Die nächsten Bahnhaltestellen sind Dahlbergstraße und Rheinstraße, aber auch zum zentralen Paradeplatz ist es nicht weit. Der Mannheimer Hbf ist mit dem Fahrrad 15 und der Bahn 10 min entfernt. Auch zum Neckar ist es nicht weit und auf dem Neckarradweg lässt es sich bis Heidelberg schön im Grünen Radfahren oder Joggen.
The room is located in the squares in Mannheim directly between the trendy district Jungbusch and the Marktplatz. Shopping possibilities, like Penny and Lidl are in 5-10 min by foot reachable. The nearest tram stations are Dahlbergstraße and Rheinstraße, but also the central Paradeplatz is not far away. The Mannheim main station is 15 min away by bike and 10 min by train. The Neckar is also not far away and the Neckarradweg is a nice way to cycle or jog, if you wish, completely to Heidelberg.
Es herrscht ein normales Zusammenleben in der zweier WG. Jeder geht seinem Alltag nach, aber es werden auch hin und wieder Dinge zusammen unternommen. Wenn du darauf keinen Bock hast und dich in deinem Zimmer zurückziehen möchtest, ist das natürlich auch in Ordnung. Sauberkeit ist uns insoweit wichtig, dass die Hygiene passen sollte. Momentan ist dein Mitbewohner, wegen Corona, aber nur unregelmäßig zuhause und du hättest die Wohnung dann ggf. auch zeitweise für dich alleine.
There is a normal WG life in the WG. Everyone goes about his daily lives, but now and then things are done together. If you don't feel like it and want to close the door behind you, that's fine too. Cleanliness is important to us in so far as hygiene should be appropriate. At the moment your flatmate is at home irregularly because of Corona and you might have the apartment to yourself for a while.
