Gemütliches Zimmer in renovierter Altbau-Wohnung. Das Zimmer selbst ist 14 qm groß und ist eines von insgesamt drei. Es gibt zwei Bäder, das eine mit Dusche und Badewanne. Ebenso gibt es eine Waschmaschine. Die Küche ist ebenfalls neu und mehr als ausreichend groß um auch mal Leute einzuladen ;)

Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig für die Quadrate mit sehr angenehm kurzen Distanzen zu Uni, Restaurants, gym, Neckarwiese, Supermarkt, ÖPNV etc.. Auch ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt zu sämtlichen anderen WGs in Mannheim.

Da wir als Freunde in eine WG gezogen sind ist das WG-Leben so wie man es sich im Optimalfall vorstellt ;). Man hat genügend Privatsphäre und falls man mit jemandem etwas unternehmen will ist immer jemand da.

(Wenn man vorher es im Haus ankündigt ist es auch kein Problem mal eine größere Party in der WG zu machen.)

Aufgrund meines Auslandssemesters möchte ich mein Zimmer untervermieten. Ebenso einer meiner zwei Mitbewohner. Der dritte Mitbewohner von mir wird in der WG bleiben.
