Wir bieten unsere beiden Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete von Anfang/Mitte August bis Mitte Januar an. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 5. Stock (es gibt einen Aufzug :D). Beide Zimmer sind etwa 21qm groß und möbiliert (Schrank, Bett, Schreibtisch, Schreibtischstuhl, Sessel, TV, Kommoden). Es gibt ein Bad mit Duschwanne, großem Spiegel und einem Regal mit ausreichend Platz um Sachen abzustellen. Die Küche wurde 2020 neu eingebaut und ist mit allen möglichen Küchengeräten ausgestattet (Küchenmaschine, Mixer, Siebträgermaschine, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Sandwich-Maker, Sodastream). Außerdem sind Wasch- und Spühlmaschine vorhanden. Die Küche und der große Flur bieten genug Platz, um auch mal Freunde einzuladen. Im Flur befindet sich ein Schuhschrank, eine Garderobe und ein Sofa. Zusätzlich grenzt an eines der Zimmer ein wunderschöner kleiner Balkon.

We are offering our two rooms for interim rent from early/mid-August to mid-January. The apartment is located on the 5th floor (there is an elevator :D). Both rooms are about 20 square meters and furnished (wardrobe, bed, desk, desk chair, armchair, TV, dressers). There is a bathroom with shower tub, big mirror and a shelf with enough space to put things. The kitchen was newly installed in 2020 and is equipped with all kinds of kitchen appliances (food processor, blender, sieve machine/coffee machine, kettle, toaster, sandwich maker, sodastream). There is also a washing machine and dishwasher. The kitchen and the large hallway offer enough space to invite friends sometimes. In the hallway there is a shoe closet, wardrobe and sofa. In addition, one of the rooms has a beautiful small balcony.

Die Wohnung liegt am Rande der Innenstadt, direkt an der Mathe und Informatik Fakultät der Universität Mannheim. Supermarkt, Jungbusch, Rhein und Neckar sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die nächsten Haltestellen "Universität West" und "Rheinstraße" sind in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der Bus ab "Universität" fährt 10 Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof.

The apartment is located on the edge of the city center, directly at the Math and Computer Science Faculty of the University of Mannheim. Supermarket, Jungbusch, Rhine and Neckar are within easy walking distance. The nearest bus stops "Universität West" and "Rheinstraße" are within 5 minutes walking distance. The bus from "Universität" takes 10 minutes to the main station.

Wir machen beide im folgenden Wintersemester ein Auslandssemester und vermieten daher in dieser Zeit unsere WG unter. Da die WG dann leer ist, könnt ihr das WG Leben ganz nach euren Interessen gestalten :-)
Unsere Zimmer räumen wir natürlich weitestgehend leer.

We both make a semester abroad in the following winter semester and therefore sublet our flat during this time. Since the flat is then empty, you can arrange your living according to your interests :-)

Fahrräder können vor dem Haus abgestellt werden.
Wir würden die Zimmer einzeln vermieten. Dabei würden wir für das Zimmer ohne Balkon 550€ und für das Zimmer mit Balkon 575€ warm nehmen.
Die Wohnung ist mit viel Liebe und hochwertigen Gegenständen eingerichtet, weswegen wir pro Zimmer eine Kaution von 1000€ nehmen, um sicher zu gehen, dass mit unserem Hab und Gut respektvoll umgegangen wird. Wenn du/ihr die perfekte Wohnung für eine tolle Zeit in Mannheim sucht und keine wilden Partys plant, ist unsere Wohnung genau das richtige! Das heißt auch nicht, dass man nicht mal laut sein darf, wenn der Abend auf den Balkon mal etwas länger wird.

Bicycles can be parked in front of the house.
We would rent the rooms individually. We would take for the room without balcony 550€ and for the room with balcony 575€ warm.
The apartment is furnished with a lot of love and high quality items, which is why we take a deposit of 1500€ per room to make sure that our belongings are treated respectfully. If you/they are looking for the perfect apartment for a great time in Mannheim and don't plan any wild parties, our apartment is just the right thing! This also doesn't mean that you can't be loud when the evening on the balcony gets a bit longer.
