Wir, Marie Tom, Mirko & Cadi, bieten ab dem 01.01.2024 bis zum 30.04.2024 unsere 4er WG im Mannheimer Jungbusch zur Untermiete an.
Die Wohnung liegt im Kneipenviertel, zum Penny und zur Bahn sind es keine 5 Minuten und in der Stadt ist man in ca. 10 Minuten. Vor der Tür warten viele Cafés, Restaurants und Bars auf euch 🥰
Da wir am 31.08.2024 unser Studium beenden, würden wir uns freuen, wenn ihr die Wohnung auch ab 01.09.2024 als Hauptmieter übernehmen würdet, ist aber kein Muss!
Die Miete beläuft sich auf ca. 540€ warm, alle weiteren Infos würden wir bei der Online-Besichtigung besprechen🤓
