Es ist durch seine 4 Fenster- Front relativ hell und durch seine gut dimensionierte Heizung auch problemlos zu heizen. Die Deckenhöhe beträgt 3.60 m. Es gibt die Möglichkeit eine minimale Möblierung zur Verfügung zu stellen bzw. können Einrichtungsgegenstände vom Vorgänger übernommen werden. Grosser Flur und gemuetliche Wohnküche vorhanden. Die Wohnung besitzt insgesamt 4 Zimmer und ist ca 120 qm gross.
The room has a high ceiling (3.6m) with a built-in platform (for the bed) with a walk-in closet underneath. There is an adjustable heater right next to four big windows that lets in bright natural light during the day and is opened up to a small residential street. The apartment comes fully furnished as pictured (desk, chair, shelf, couch, bed, shoe rack, etc.). There is a large hallway, cozy kitchen (with dishwasher and laundry machine) and one bathroom. The apartment has a total of 4 rooms and ~120 square meters.
Zentrale und tolerante Kiez- Lage. Viele relevante Bars und Kneipen befinden sich im Umkreis von ca 500 m. Naechste Bushaltestelle / Nachttankstelle in ca 1', Marktplatz in ca 10' zu Fuss, HBF / Universität in ca. 5' mit dem Fahrrad und in ca 10' mit dem Bus erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist abends dennoch sehr ruhig gelegen.
Central location in Jungbusch. ~3min walk from Line 60 Teufelsbrucke stop (goes directly to University and train station), ~4min walk from Line 2 Dalbergstrasse stop, ~4min walk from Penny (grocery store), 10 min walk to Marktplatz, and bars located within 500m. The University is less than 10 mins away by bus, 20mins by foot. The apartment is relatively quiet at night.
Die WG besteht in 2er und zeitweiser 3er Konstellation seit ca. 15 Jahren. Kunst- und kulturinteressierte, offene und flexible Menschen werden sich im organisch gewachsenen Stilmix der Wohnung sicher wohlfühlen und mit dem Hauptmieter gut verstehen und verständigen können. Die Zeiten der täglichen Spontan- Parties hat der berufstätige Hauptmieter hinter sich gelassen, dennoch wird eine gewisse, ungezwungene Interaktion der Bewohner unterstützt. Bitte keine WG- Newbies und reine Zweck WG- isten.
Looking for a flatmate to rent long-term (prefer a minimum of 6 months). Prefer if the applicant can move-in on November but the date is negotiable (i.e. can be earlier.) They are especially interested in native (or near-fluent) English speakers to practice their English and they would prefer that you have some experience living with others. The two flatmates you would be living with have been here for over 15 years. They are very open-minded and nice people and are interested in meeting people from all sorts of cultural backgrounds.
