mein Name ist Tessa und ich mache ein duales Studium in Mannheim (an der DHBW). Für meine 3-monatigen Praxisphasen suche ich eine Untermieterin.
Das Zimmer befindet sich im Studentenwohnheim Campo Novo in Käfertal. Eine Bahnhaltestelle ist direkt vor der Tür und zu Fuß bracht man ca. 5min dort hin. Zur Universität Mannheim braucht man ca. 15min und zur DHBW ca. 25min. In einem Umkreis von 1km befindet sich ein Lidl, Penny und Rewe. Ebenfalls ist es nicht weit zum nächsten Fitnessstudio :)
Es wäre super, wenn du Sauberkeit schätzt.
Das Zimmer kann auch für kürzere Zeiträume vermietet werden allerdings würde ich es präferieren, wenn du ein Zimmer für die ganzen 3 Monate suchst.
