The apartment is on the 2nd floor and has three rooms, out of which one you will be living in. It has a big kitchen with everything already fitted and two bathrooms, one big bathroom with a shower and toilet and one smaller bathroom with just the toilet. The room is spacious and so is the entire apartment. It is already furnished.
The location is very good. There is a Penny, Kaufland, a Turkish and an Asian supermarket which can be reached within 5 minutes on foot. There is a tram stop called Neuer Meßplatz located very close (around 2 minutes walking distance) where two lines operate (1 and 3) so you can easily reach the city centre.
I have two lovely girls as roommates who are very easygoing and fun to hangout with. We also occasionally get together and just chat and eat in the kitchen, so you'll feel very welcomed and at home :)
The apartment is in a dorm managed by the Studierendenwerk, therefore you have to a student to live here. There is a collective laundry room on the ground floor with washing machines and dryers that you can use free of cost. You will also be required to pay 25 eur for the internet just once when you move in.
