Da mein Mitbewohner und ich im Sommer beide nicht in Mannheim seien werden, sind in unserer 2er-WG beide Zimmer frei. ( Beide Zimmer sind zu vermieten)
Ein Zimmer ist ca. 17qm groß und mit Balkon, das Andere ist minimal kleiner.
Beide Zimmer sind voll ausgestattet mit Schreibtisch, Kleiderschrank bzw. Kommode, Regal und Bett mit Matratze.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist super. Sehr zentral, dennoch relativ ruhig. In 5 Minuten zu Fuß ist man an der Alten Feuerwache, von wo Bahnen in alle Richtungen fahren. In nähester Umgebung befinden sich mehrere Supermärkte, Kioske und Apotheken.
In den 335 € sind Strom und Internet inklusive. Schreibt mir am besten einfach eine E-Mail, dann können wir einen Besichtigungstermin vereinbaren. :)
