da ich kommendes Semester im Ausland sein werde, suche ich einen netten Zwischenmieter für mein WG-Zimmer. :)
Es handelt sich um eine schöne, helle Wohnung mit Holzboden. Küche und Bad sind in sehr gutem Zustand und voll ausgestattet.
Das WG-Zimmer ist ca. 10 m² groß und wird zunächst vollmöbiliert vermietet. Außerdem gibt es einen Trockenraum, der von allen Bewohnern des Hauses genutzt wird. Hier steht auch unsere Waschmaschine, die du gerne mitbenutzen kannst. Ein Kellerraum ist auch vorhanden, in dem du deine Sachen unterstellen kannst. Dein Fahrrad kannst du auch sicher im Hof abstellen.

because of my exchange semester, I am looking for a person who would like to rent my room for a semeser :)
It's a lovely, bright apartment with a wooden floor and the kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped.
The room itself is about 10m² big and will be rented full furnished. So you don't have to worry about getting new furniture.
We also have a "drying room" where all the washings take place in this house. Our washing machine is there, too which you can use of course.
If you need to shelter some things, you can put those in our celler. I can also rent you my bike, if you want.
Die Wohnung befindet sich 3 Gehminuten von der nächsten Straßenbahnhaltestelle entfernt, mit der man in 10 min am Paradeplatz ist.
Mit dem Fahrrad ist man, wenn man schnell fährt in 10, sonst in 15 Minuten in der Uni.
Gleich um die Ecke befindet sich ein Penny und Lidl und Netto ist auch in der Nähe. Außerdem kann man sich im Sommer gemütlich an den nahe gelegenen Neckar setzen. :D

The apartment is 3 minutes away from the next tram station with which it only takes 10 minutes to go to the Paradeplatz.
If you want to ride the bike, it takes about 10-15 minutes to go to the university. I could also lend you my bike if you need one.
For grocery shopping, there is a Penny supermarket right around the corner and there are also other supermarkets like Lidl or Netto near the apartment. And if the weather is nice, you can go to the Neckar river, which is just a few minutes walk away and bath in the sun :D
Deine Mitbewohnerin während des Semesters wird die Elli sein. Sie ist 23 Jahre alt und studier an der FH in Ludwigshafen.
Für euer Zusammenleben würde sie sich wünschen, dass man nicht nur nebeneinander her lebt, sondern auch mal etwas gemeinsam unternimmt oder zusammen kocht. Aber man sollte sich natürlich mal auch in seinen Zimmer verkriechen können, wenn man seine Ruhe haben möchte. Einfach keine Zweck WG :)
