Das Zimmer ist groß und mit großen Fenstern ausgestattet, zudem geht nach vorne ein kleiner Balkon raus. Das Zimmer und die gesamte Wohnung ist sehr schön und sehr gepflegt!!
Die Wohnung liegt direkt an der alten Feuerwache, also sehr zentral zur Innenstadt und sämtlichen Anlaufstationen für Studenten und Nachleben.
Auch Supermärkte (Lidl, Netto, Penny, Rewe) sowie Straßenbahn sind in ca. 2 Minuten zu erreichen.
Für unsere 3er WG suchen wir derzeit alle Untermieter, deshalb gibt es zum heutigen Zeitpunkt keine Angaben zum WG Leben. Bisher hatten wir ein gutes gemeinsames WG Leben, da die Wohnung als Zweck WG nicht wirklich geeignet ist. Die Nachbarn sind sehr nett und freundlich.
