MUST READ: Due to my recent move to Frankfurt, I need to sublet my room from July 1st. The rental period can be discussed on case-to-case basis, and you will have the possibility to take over the contract as permanent tenant.
ROOM DETAILS: Extra large master bedroom in a 2-room apartment suite, located at Alte Feuerwache right across the Quadrate. The room is fully furnished with all brand new furnitures from IKEA-- 200*140 cm double bed, extra comfortable mattress, full closet, a book shelf, and a set of table and chair in the room. The room comes with 2 lamps, 1 LED desk lamp, and ceiling light -- making the room very very spacious even in the night.
Utilities: All costs are included--heating, internet, water, electricity, and gas.
Places: With direct access to various tram lines, Line 1, 2, 3, 4/4A, 15, you have quick access to almost everywhere in the Quadrate. 10-13 min to Uni/Scholoss by tram, 15 min to Mannheim Hbf by tram, and to Jungbusch by walk or Line 2. (party area) just across the river.
Food: Lidl is within 100m away from the building, and Rewe is only 500 min away. There's a Mcdonalds only 100 min away, open until 2am every day even on Sundays.
Please note, with the possibility of taking over the entire contract after the sublet period, you will have to take over all the furnitures, namely all furnitures in the bedroom and the kitchen. The cost is estimated to be around 900 euros. On the bright side, that will save you A LOT OF trouble purchasing all these necessities, as I moved with nothing in the apartment.
