Beide Zimmer sind identisch. Das Zimmer liegt zur Straße, ist aber trotzdem sehr ruhig, da die Gartenfeldstraße nicht stark befahren wird. Der schöne Dielenboden und die sehr hohen Decke lassen das Zimmer sehr hell und groß wirken.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist nahezu perfekt. Zu den ÖVP ist es nur ein Katzensprung und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe. In die Innenstadt kommt man zu Fuß in 20 Minuten und mit der Straßenbahn in 10 Minuten oder weniger. In diesem Stadtteil gibt es ebenfalls viele Bars und Restaurants.
Dein neuer Mitbewohner zieht erst am 01.07. in die WG ein. Er ist auf jeden Fall ein sympathischer, mit dem man sich sehr gut unterhalten kann.
